BJDcollectasy News |
A new Poll is up! In response to the last poll, we will be making videos of most of the tutorial subjects listed over the next month or two. The first one, Eyelash Application for BJDs, is now posted.
In regards to the first poll on Fashion Dolls, currently we have decided to allow a limited number of fashion dolls on the site. They must all be made of resin, and have interchangeable eyes and wigs. Dollmore fashion dolls that use changeable inset eyes will be allowed, and the new Dollci dolls will be included. If there are any other dolls that fit the criteria listed here, please send us an email using the form on the BJDcollectasy page or optionally post below in the comment section here.
We are also going to introduce a new feature; a Doll Business Highlight, which will consist of occasional short articles on small businesses that create products for BJDs. Our first one will run soon. Currently, our plan is to post at least 1 highlight a month, but we may add more.
Thank you for visiting BJDcollectasy!

In terms of fashion dolls that meet those requirements – resin, balljointed, interchangeable eyes and wigs – there’s Evangeline Ghastly (I can’t remember if the other Wilde Imagination kids – Ellowyne Wilde and such are, but she is), the Ultimate Basic Tonner line, LeDolls.com, FICON.
The other popular fashion doll lines like Sybarites etc might be making resin dolls now too, I don’t know.

Thanks so much! I didn’t notice that LeDolls had fashion dolls. I have the company on the site because they also have their own line of non-fashion BJDs. Those definitely should be included. I’m waiting to see if Evangeline Ghastly will continue to be made of resin, as the company has now introduced her in vinyl. The Tonners and Sybarites have painted eyes. FICON seem to be painted too.
