You can try what you mentioned, but I would at least partially dis-assemble the doll first. As I don’t know what condition your doll is currently in, I can’t say anything for certain. I have also never tried to clean a doll while it was still assembled like that. If you have several coats of MSC on your doll, it might not be possible to remove it all without getting alcohol or brush cleaner on the elastic. If you have almost no spray on the doll, you could try an alcohol wipe, perhaps. Your best bet is still complete disassembly. Sorry I couldn’t help much with this!

I found this tutorial very helpful, since I would REALLY like to blush my stark white Planetdoll tinies to tone them down. But one I already slapped blush on (improperly). I’ll have to clean her off first.
Do you have any tips for removing MSC and blushing without unstringing the body? I.e., best way to keep the elastic from getting wet without taking the body apart? Just use a damp cloth after alcohol or W&N Brush Cleaner?
