Due to reports of potential problems with Limhwa deliveries, the Dollfair/Limwha website has been removed from BJDcollectasy.

A special thread was created HERE on Den of Angels exclusively for customers of Dollfair for Narin dolls. The thread is now open to any Dollfair customers with outstanding orders (including Narin, Limhwa, Enchantment Doll, Aterier Nouveau…). It is suggested that any customer who has not received either their items from a Dollfair business or a refund should add their information to the list of outstanding orders being compiled. (List starts on page 24 of the thread.)

Complaints can also be filed through the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). (The more customers that file, the more information the site recieves from customers, the better they can investigate a case.)
