Our shipping work for EID SE starts.

And our shipping work is made according to order & payment sequence.

Regarding shipping,,,,we are often heard from customers that ‘I placed an order on the same or similar date together with friend, but my friend got the doll and why my doll was not yet shipped?’ ^^

There are many customers who placed an order on the same date.

But due to some difference of a few customers, the order sequence becomes different a lot.

It means, if there are many customers who placed an order before you, automatically the order sequence is delayed.

So, even though there might be the difference by 1~2 days, but the time of shipping might be different by over one week.

Please kindly understand this.
For orders for basic dolls purchased from the beginning to the middle of Sep., it already started the shipping from the middle of Sep.

And it will be completed by the end of Sep.

For orders for dolls purchased after the middle of Sep., it is supposed to start manufacturing from the end of Sep., and our shipping work will be made in the middle of Oct.

For orders of Jerome & Joshua Pierrot purchased after the 18th, when the order is completed, we will start manufacturing outfit & accessories. Due to this, it is difficult to ship quickly.

Also, for orders of dolls purchased together with enchanted eyeballs, the shipping work will be more delayed than other dolls, and please kindly be notified of this.
